Howe Public Schools will shift to a Virtual Day for Thursday, Feb 3 due to the Winter Storm Warning issued for our immediate area. Parent/Teacher Conferences scheduled for Thursday evening are cancelled. Just a reminder, Friday is a scheduled NO SCHOOL day for students; however, the PD day for staff has also been cancelled. If weather adversely affects a student's ability to access their online classroom and complete assignments, students will be allowed to make up their work. #HPSLions

Schedule Update: The Basketball Game scheduled for Friday, Feb 4 vs Broken Bow at Howe has been moved to Wednesday, Feb 2 due to the forecasted winter storm. The game times will be mid-day. JV Boys at Noon Varsity Girls at 1 pm Varsity Boys at 2:15 pm Howe Public Schools will cover the cost of any Elem, MS or HS students admission to the game. $1 admission for non-Howe staff and students. #HPSLions

They defeated Whitesboro last night in the semi-final game and will play Pocola in the Championship game of the 90th Annual LeFlore County HS Basketball Tourn at Talihina tomorrow at 7 pm! Good luck to the #3 Lions in tonight’s semi-final vs #2 Pocola. The game begins at 8:30 pm at Talihina. Games will be streamed on the Talihina Public Schools YouTube channel!
