Elementary and Middle School Parents and Guardians - In order to keep your children safe, if you are picking them up at the elementary office, please bring your ID with you. We have a lot of students and we do not always recognize everyone that is allowed to pick them up. Also, if someone other than people on your pick up list is to pick up them up, call the office and let us know ahead of time.

Dear Parents,
The Fall Carnival and Coronation will be held on Thursday October 28th, 2021. The Carnival will be from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. in the rock wall area west of the High School, and the Coronation will start at 5:30 p.m. for all grades levels. Coronation will be held outside. If inclement weather, the Coronation will be moved into the auditorium, division times will be announced prior and the games will be moved into the cafeteria and the old gym.
Raffle tickets for the King and Queen Contest will be distributed to students on Friday October 1, 2021 . The 3YO-8th grade will be divided into three divisions (3YO will be their own division, PK - 1, 2 - 5 & 6 - 8).
** Raffle tickets are the only allowed activity for the King and Queen race. Other items or events can not be added to the sale of raffle tickets. No other means of fundraising are allowed.
If 3YO-8th students wish to participate in the King and Queen Contest for their grade, they must turn in all ticket money to the class sponsor/homeroom teacher or office by 12:00p.m. Wednesday, October 20, 2021. The 3YO-8th student with the most tickets sold will be Queen or King of that grade. Classes may continue to sell tickets until Tuesday, October 26th.
All money must be turned into homeroom teachers/sponsors or elementary office by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 20th to count toward the King and Queen Contest. Class winners will be announced October 21, 2021. The division King and Queen winners will be announced at the Coronation on October 28th, 2021 at the Fall Carnival.
In order to participate in field trips and parties throughout the year, it is essential for each student to try and sell at least one book of tickets. That will be equivalent to $10.00 per student. This money goes directly back to your child in one form or another.
Thank you for your support!
