SCHEDULE UPDATE: Friday, Jan 8 basketball games at Quinton will be at 3:30 pm for JH and 6 pm for HS. The Gym will be cleared and sanitized after JH games. Fans must have a ticket for both games to attend both - not both HS games. Ticket for JH games will be for two games. Girls JH at 3:30 and then Boys immediately after. HS ticket will be for both the girls game and the boys game. Two separate sessions. #HPSLions

This week’s “Howe Intern of the Week” is Ky Lynn, a junior at Howe High School. It’s always great to see Howe students on campus participating in the Internship program and helping teachers. Ky is starting his second semester in the internship program as a Teacher’s Assistant in Mrs. Jessica Wigginton’s Physical Science classroom. He has been creating assignments in google classroom, assisting students with lessons, grading assignments, copying and stapling assignments, and running errands for Mrs. Wigginton. Thank you for participating in the internship program, Ky. You are doing a great job!

#4 2A Howe Lady Lions finished 3rd Place at the 2020 Ada Cougar Christmas Classic. They beat 4A Hilldale tonight 55-41. Howe was the smallest class team in the tournament, which included 6A teams Westmoore and Midwest City, 5A Ardmore and 4A Tuttle and Ada. The Lady Lions went 2-1 w/ wins against #4 5A Ardmore and Hilldale. Their only loss was to a great team, #4 4A Tuttle. (Thanks again to Paul Fletcher for the post/update!) #HPSLions
