Howe Varsity Cheerleaders are gearing up for the 2nd Annual Toys for Tots Drive. This year we will be partnering with the Pocola Indians on December the 10th. All donations will be given to less fortunate children for Christmas. Toys will be collected and placed in the Toys for Tots boxes. Stuffed animals will be taken to your seat and thrown on the floor when the first bucket is scored during the girls game. The Varsity Cheerleaders from both schools will be performing together during halftime of the girls game.

Be sure to bring your Christmas list and some extra money to the ballgame Tuesday, December 10! The National Honor Society will be hosting a silent auction in the lobby of the gym. Place your bid and do your Christmas shopping! #HPSLions

Refueling Santa's Sleigh is a community project. These donations are going to be making up boxes of snacks and food for the areas postal workers. Postal workers don't always have time for a meal and are not rested enough to make a meal. So we are going to deliver boxes to them with food in them. Our goal is to make at least 80 boxes. We will deliver them on the 18th and 19th of December. You can bring your donations to the ag room behind the high school.

Let’s make this year the best ever! *The class that brings the most (NEW) stuffed animals or toys will win a pizza party. Last day is Dec 9th. Don't Miss the 2019 Cheer Camp and Homecoming Christmas Performance! When: December 16th, 17th, & 18th Where: Cafeteria Grades: 3yr olds through 8th grade Time: 3:30-5:00 Cost: $50.00 ($40.00 a piece if siblings are attending. This does NOT mean cousins.) Deadline for T-shirt: Forms must be turned in by Dec. 9th The three day camp will be held in the cafeteria from 3:30 to 5:00. During this time participants will be taught a dance and cheer that they will perform on Homecoming night, Dec. 19th during halftime of the boys game against Leflore. The boys will play first because of Homecoming. Cheer participants will get a Christmas cheer shirt to wear for their performance. Shirts will be given out after practice on Dec. 18th.
