Supply cards can be picked up at the Technology Building during Back To School Night on Tuesday, Aug. 13 between 5-8 pm! A parent/legal guardian signature is required at time of pick-up and the student must be a verified JOM student. Welcome to the Jungle, Kimberly Griffith! The Lion Pride is thrilled to introduce our new Elementary Special Education teacher, Kimberly Griffith! Kimberly brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of dedication to our jungle at Howe Public Schools. With an impressive 17-year career spanning various educational roles, Kimberly's journey includes four years in private schools teaching PreK and 4th grade, two years in Tulsa Public Schools as a 1st-grade teacher and behavior interventionist, six years as an administrator for CNIL Durant, OK, three years as head of special education at Liberty-Eylau High School, eight years mentoring new teachers, and three years teaching applied English in special education classrooms. Outside the classroom, Kimberly cherishes her time with her two adult children and beloved grandchild. She enjoys traveling, spending quality time with friends and family, and writing. Currently, she is completing an ebook educational guide for parents of students with special needs. Her deep connections to Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas reflect the love she has for the friends and memories made in these states. Returning to her roots, Tiffaney graduated from Howe in 2004 and is thrilled to rejoin a school filled with cherished memories. Together with her husband, Caleb, they are proud parents to two active sons, Chet and Reid, who keep them on their toes with basketball, baseball, and team roping.
