Greetings! My name is George Spears, and I am honored and excited to be a part of Howe High School. I am a native of eastern Oklahoma, and am excited to serve here. I have been married to Misty for 29 years and we have a son, Justice, and daughter, Hope, who are both in college.

My desire is to bring energy and excitement to all that we do for the best possible academic, athletic, and citizenship outcomes through clear vision, communication, trust, and strong leadership. Every one of our students- EVERY ONE OF THEM- should know they have great potential, they have value, and belong at home at Howe High School! Jodie is the daughter of Regina Michelle Cauthen. Jodie has been a member of the Howe YAB chapter for a year and a half. She is also a member of the National Honor Society at the Poteau KTC. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, friends and helping give back to her community!
