Parking applications are now available in the HS office. If you plan on driving a personal vehicle to school you will need to have an application on file with the school resource officer. After applications have been approved students will be issued a parking decal. You must present a valid driver's license and proof of insurance along with the application.

This week's Howe Intern of the Week is Santiago Valdez. He is a senior at Howe High School and interns at the First Baptist Church in Poteau. His supervisor is Carlos Aguilar, the Hispanic Minister at FBC. Santiago has been working part time as well in Home Construction. He plans to pursue a career in construction with an emphasis in house framing.


Attention Parents: UPDATED SESSION TIMES - Just a reminder . . . during the PT Conference event scheduled for Thursday, Sept 21, an online safety presentation will be offered to all parents/guardians/grandparents of Howe students. The Class 2A Regional Fastpitch Tournament (@Howe) will be played this week. Ticket may be purchased online at OSSAA.com beginning at 9:00 AM Tuesday, September 19. The price of the ticket will be $7.00 (plus $1.35 convenience fee). #HPSLions

The start date for the Class 2A District baseball tournament has been moved up due to expected inclement weather. The tournament will start Wednesday, September 20th. Times will remain the same. #HPSLions
