The ES basketball game with Talihina scheduled for Wednesday, January 25 will only involve the 5th and 6th grades. The game will be played at 10:00 am at Talihina due to a conflict with the Leflore County archery meet being conducted on the Howe Public Schools campus. #HHSLions

Parking info: if the main parking lot is full, overflow parking is located near the softball field. There is also a concrete step pathway down the hillside to the gym from that parking lot. #HPSLions
Shout out to four of our 5th grade students for being good citizens and showing responsibility. They took it upon themselves to help clean up trash on the playground. They received goodies and signed our positive office referral poster in the cafeteria.
This past week three classes were rewarded with pizza and ice cream for winning an elementary and middle school attendance challenge before Christmas break. The winning classes were Mrs. Sockey's kindergarten, Mrs. Casey's morning 4th grade and Mrs. Hardin's second hour 7th grade math class. Way to go and keep coming to school.
