Our counselors are going to be working with students on a Bullying Prevention campaign for this upcoming month and we wanted to share some helpful information and tips with our families. Keeping our students safe is a top priority for us.
Freshmen are traveling to the Reynolds Center tomorrow for the KTC Reality Check. We will leave at 12:20 & return by 2:30.

Fastpitch schedule change. The Lady Lions will travel to Stigler on Monday for a 4:30 PM game with the Lady Panthers. Whitesboro had a scheduling conflict making this change necessary. #HPSLions

The Junior class is ordering mums from Sharum's as a class fundraiser. Each mum will have bloomed flowers and overflowing foliage in a 9" pot. There are 5 colors available: orange/bronze, pink/purple, red, yellow, and white. They're $15 each and will be delivered to campus on October 5th. Mrs. Rea’s sixth grade social studies utilized the characteristics of countries to create their own! Students had to name their countries, have a defined border, landforms, climate and population. #HPSLions
Just a reminder, tomorrow, Sept 21 is the scheduled Parent Teacher Conference times from 3:30 - 6:30 pm. The Online Safety presentations/inflatables/meal event has been postponed due to weather, and will be re-scheduled at a later date. #HPSLions
The Class 2A Regional Fastpitch Tournament schedule for Thursday at Howe will be played this afternoon starting at 2:00 PM at Checotah High School. Game times on the bracket have been moved back 2 hours from the original start time. #HPSLions
