Storm Update for Softball Regionals: Out of an abundance of caution, our softball team in Latta has moved to a storm shelter area. There is a tornado warning in the county, but it is currently south of their location. Everyone is safe, and we are keeping a close eye on the weather. We will share updates if anything changes.

Reading is WINNING at HPS Library! Here are some pics of our Read-A-Thon Champs: Ms. Wolf's class enjoyed an ice cream party for the most donations and most minutes! Bentley received the award for the most donations, and Briley earned the top reading minutes award! Everyone who read for 500 minutes celebrated with a pizza party...one student said it was "the best day" of his life! 😊

The Kiwanis track meet scheduled for Friday April 24th has been rescheduled for Friday May 1st due to incoming weather.

Elementary track parents: The Kiwanis track meet is still scheduled for tomorrow. The track meet starts at 6 PM and we ask that your athletes be there no later than 545. If your child needs to ride the bus, the bus will leave from the new gym parking lot at 5:20. We asked that your child wear some type of red Howe shirt or just a red shirt of any kind and shorts or leggings. If your child can not make the meet and you have not spoken to me yet please let me know ASAP so we can try and fill a spot.
