From Coach Brown . . .
Raelyn Delt and Shiloh Fletcher have just been elected to represent the Small East in the OCA All-State games in Jenks on July 27 at 7:00... These two are great Ambassadors for Howe High School and all we hope to represent on the court and off of it! Their Basketball careers have been remarkable as they have achieved an unbelievable amount of Team Hardware (3 Time Leflore County Champions, 4 Time District Champions, 4 Time Regional Champions, 4 Time Area Champions, 2 State Championships, 1 State Runner-Up). They have also been able to secure some Individual Awards along the way... One thing that I know that they have within them is a team first attitude.. That attitude helped push them to the Team Success, but it also stood out to the Committee of Coaches that selected these young ladies.. that selfless nature was evident to the coaches who selected these young ladies.. I have been blessed to coach these girls and I absolutely love how they support one another as they receive these awards.. Congratulations Rae and Shiloh.. The 11th and 12th OCA All-Staters in the history of Howe Lady Lion basketball!
