REMINDER - Grab-and Go Meal Pick-up & Laptop Loan Program Pick-up Procedures: We have received 260+ requests for our Chromebook Loan Program. 1st-12th grade laptops can be picked up on Monday, April 6. You must first review the linked loan program agreement at bit.ly/howechromebookloan. We will sign the loan program agreement acknowledgement on your behalf pending pick-up on Monday.
**Also, no devices will be handed out that were not requested on the form.**
Please follow the directions below for Monday's Chromebook pick-up:
EVERYONE should enter campus by way of Spruce Street also called Entrance D (by the old gym). As you enter the cafeteria parking area you will be directed further based on the items you are picking up.
If you are going to pick up ONLY A LAPTOP, you may start arriving at 9:00 AM with Chromebook pick-up continuing through 11:30 AM.The Grab-n-Go meal pick-up will start at 10:00 AM.
If you are picking up food AND your child(ren)'s Chromebook(s), PLEASE do not arrive before 10:00 AM this will help us expedite the delivery process of food and laptops throughout the morning.
If you did not request your child's Chromebook (1st-12th only) this week, and you would like to do so, you will have an opportunity to complete a request next week and pick-up the laptop(s) on Monday, April 13. A request form will be posted on Monday afternoon. If you have any questions regarding the agreement or the pick-up procedures, please contact Mrs. Parks, Instructional Technology Coordinator at tammygparks@howeschools.org
