Congratulations to Ryleigh Carshall (Health Careers), Hattie Lloyd (Health Careers), Alexis Armstrong (Biomedical Sciences), and Chay LaRosa (Biomedical Sciences)! They have been selected to become members of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS) and attended an induction ceremony today at KTC! "The goal of the National Technical Honor Society is to see that deserving CareerTech students be recognized and that the people of our community become aware of the talents and abilities of the young people and adults who choose CareerTech education pathways to a successful future. The students who were chosen were nominated by their CareerTech instructor based on the qualifications of good attendance, grade point average, and for displaying excellent citizenship, leadership, and attitude qualities." Mrs. Parks has received approval to Live Stream (Via HPS Facebook Live) the Semi- and Quarter-Finals in the State Tournament. We will follow our Lady Lions all the way to the BIG HOUSE! Streaming rights are granted through OSSAA. NFHSNetwork owns the video rights to all OSSAA playoff events and will stream the finals. Howe Public Schools will be closed on Thursday & Friday, March 7th-8th to allow our Howe families and staff to travel to the State Tournament to support our Howe Lady Lions as they go for the gold! #HPSLions
