All seniors are welcome to pick up their final transcripts and diplomas next Thursday, June 4th, 2020 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Please be reminded that each senior is given two copies of their official transcript and one diploma. Transcripts are maintained and can be printed at a later date if needed, but diplomas are not. #HPSLions

Physicals for the 2020-21 school year for Howe boys grades 7th -12th will be Monday, June 1 at the New Gym from 9-10 AM. Girls physicals for grades 7th-12th will be immediately following 10-11 AM #HPSLions

Howe Public Schools will be serving meals ALL SUMMER! A total of 10 meals (breakfast and lunch for 5 days M-F) will be available on Monday, June 1 as a grab-and-go service. Drive-through pick-up will be located at the SOUTH entrance of the cafeteria building (steps entrance). PLEASE come up Spruce Street which is the street on the west side of the school/by old gym. The planned DRIVE-THRU service time will be from 10 -11:30 am Monday, June 1. To help our food service staff plan how many meals will need to be prepared next week, please complete the meal request survey at bit.ly/howemeals. #HPSLions

If you were unable to pick-up your child(ren)'s personal belongings and/or return their Chromebook(s) during the recent scheduled pick-up/drop-off days, please contact the building Principal to make arrangements before May, 28. Attention Parents: This is just a reminder that 8th, 9th, and 10th grade parents still have the opportunity to apply for Oklahoma's Promise for their child(ren), but 10th graders MUST APPLY by the deadline of JUNE 30th, 2020. If a student qualifies for Oklahoma's Promise, and completes necessary requirements, then he or she has an opportunity to earn college tuition to a Oklahoma public two-year college or four-year university. Monday, May 11 is the Howe High School Graduation Ceremony at the Poteau Tower Drive-in. Attendance is by RSVP only by each Senior. The ceremony will start shortly after sunset, around 8:30 pm. Attendees may start arriving at 7:30 pm, and we encourage you to download the Drive-in's concession app (search for Tower Drive-in Theatre by ZIP 74953) and place orders prior to the ceremony starting. (See photo for App info.) You may sit outside or inside your vehicle. You are welcome to bring chairs. (Please adhere to CDC guidelines and practice safe-distancing of 6 feet between groups.) The event will be LIVE-STREAMED on the Howe Public Schools' Facebook page from the view of an attendee.
