We look forward to welcoming our students on Thursday, August 15 for the first day of class! Just a reminder, no student drop-offs should occur prior to 7:35 am. The school day starts at 8 am and ends at 3:20 pm. 3 year old program - 1st grade students can be escorted to their buildings the first two days of school; 2nd - 5th grade students will report immediately to the cafeteria for breakfast, 6th-8th grade students will go to the Middle school unless it is after 7:50, then they should go to the cafeteria.
HS students will gather in the HS breezeway and will be escorted to the New Gym for a high school orientation once the first bell rings. Breakfast and lunch menus are posted in the School App for Thursday and Friday. The first full week's menus will be updated soon! All high school students, regardless of blended or virtual status, need to be in attendance on the first day of school to attend the opening session & orientation which begin at 8:am. The only exception is morning KTC students. Mr. Spears will meet with them in the afternoon to discuss new policies and procedures. #HPSLions

Howe Elementary Teachers are attending a @K20center OETT grant workshop today on campus! Late last year, Howe was awarded a $40,000 technology grant for the purchase of VR classroom sets, iPads/Osmos, robotics, etc. Big thank you to the OETT trust and K20 Center for this amazing opportunity for our staff and students at Howe Public Schools. #TechChampions
