Congratulations for great performances yesterday at the site meet for state scoring at Cameron. Our HS archery team put in a performance that placed them at the head of the site teams. We are awaiting word (possibly at the end next week) for how our students performed state-wide. Go Lions! #howelions #howearchery

From the Lady Lions' vault . . . 2010! "2010 was a special year going to state. We lost every starter from 2009 (all of which went on to play college basketball - so it was a huge loss) and nobody expected us to be back in the big house the next year. We proved a lot of people wrong and made our mark! " - Megan Carter (Brown), Lady Lion #12

If you are attending the state championship tournament at the OKS Fairgrounds, here is their bag policy: OKC Fairgrounds Clear Bag Policy for spectators Jim Norick Arena at the Oklahoma City Fairgrounds has a clear-bag policy as well as metal detectors for all OSSAA events. All spectators are required to comply. Clear bags must be a maximum of 12 inches x 6 inches. The policy does allow non-transparent clutch wallets that are no larger than 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. Bags necessary for medical equipment will be searched at each gate. No other bags or purses including diaper bags will be permitted—one bag person. Participants and spirit team members may carry their non-transparent equipment bag or backpack through the participant entrance; however all bags will be searched. #HPSLions
