Happy National Principals Month!

October is National Principals Month, and we’re proud to recognize the outstanding leadership of our school administrators!

Thank you to:
• Mr. Bryan Warren – High School Principal
• Mrs. Donna Morris – Elementary Principal
• Mr. Chris Brown – Elementary Assistant Principal

Each of these leaders plays a vital role in shaping a positive, supportive learning environment for our students and staff. Their dedication, vision, and commitment to excellence make Howe Schools a place where both students and teachers can thrive.

“Principals set the academic tone for their schools, and their vision, dedication, and determination provide the mobilizing force for achieving student success.”
— National Association of Secondary School Principals

Please join us in celebrating and thanking these incredible leaders for all they do each and every day!

Howe High School Launches the ICARE Program!

We’re excited to introduce ICARE, our new high school incentive program designed to celebrate students who demonstrate Integrity, Commitment, Achievement, Respect, and Effort — every single day.

The program gives our teachers and staff the chance to recognize positive behavior, academic growth, and the everyday choices that build a stronger, more respectful school culture.

Let’s give a big shout-out to Erica V. and Katlyn J., who were recognized by their teachers for showing Respect to others daily!

Keep it up, Lions — ICARE means we all care!

A huge shoutout to our Superintendent, Mr. Parks, for jumping into action to get the cheer bus back on the road after it threw a belt and needed a new part! We also want to extend a big thank you to Howe parent Justin Toney for lending his time and skill to assist with the repair, and to the many Howe fans who stepped up to help transport our cheerleaders and students safely back home. And finally, a heartfelt thanks to our Cheer Sponsor, Lacey McClain for her dedication and willingness to make sure our students had the opportunity to travel and cheer on our Lady Lions at the State Tournament!
