Brody Sullard
This week's Howe Intern of the Week is senior Brody Sullard.
He has been an intern for Manny Rivera at the Poteau Church of Christ working as a minister's assistant. Brody has been considering different options for careers after high school graduation. He presently has a desire to attend Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology in Okmulgee and pursuing a career as a High Voltage Lineman. #HPSLions

Don't forget that it is time to sign up for Howe Lions Cheer Camp. This is for 3YO - 8th grade. Money is due today. Dates for the camp are October 17th from 3:15 to 6:30 and October 20th from 3:15 to 6:00. Cheerleaders will perform at the annual Red/White Game on October 25th. Softball State Playoff T-Shirts are available for pick up in the Administration Building until 3:20 PM today. Any shirts that are not picked up today will be available for pick up on Monday.

9th-12th grade Howe HS students attended the “Women in Science” conference at the Science Museum in OKC today! “The hands-on conference is designed to get girls in grades 6-12 excited about science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM); it also shows students that STEM careers are exciting, attainable, and rewarding through immersive activities and interactive sessions.” #HPSLions

Attention Howe Choctaw Students . . . . Native November Tailgate at SE:
College FYI is hosting a tailgate for Choctaw students interested in SE on November 5. We have around 200 more tickets to give out and will have plenty of food and activities. We will be drawing for some t-shirts at the tailgate as well. In addition, CFYI will be recognized on the field during that game. (This is not a school-sponsored event.)
